RESOLUTION FOR PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF FIRE COMMISSIONERS OF THE EAST FISHKILL FIRE DISTRICT, DUTCHESS COUNTY, NY, DID ON THE 28th DAY OF JANUARY, 2026, AT THE BOARD MEETING, ADOPT A RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO A PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1: THE PURCHASE OF ONE (1) 2026 FORD F350 PICKUP TRUCK. THE PURCHASE PRICE AND THE ATTENDANT EXPENSES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($125,000.00). SECTION 2: THE PLAN FOR FINANCING OF THE AFORESAID EQUIPMENT CONSISTS OF EXPENDING BUT NOT TO EXCEED ONE HUNDRED TWENTY FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($125,000.00) FROM THE RESERVE FUND FOR THE PURCHASE OF MAJOR EQUIPMENT.
