ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Pine Hill Fire District No.5 in the Town of Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York, at a meeting held on the 3 day of February 2026 duly adopted the following Resolution, subject to a permissive referendum. RESOLUTION #1 A resolution authorizing the Board of Fire Commissioners of the fire district, town of Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York, to purchase (40) Structural Fire Fighting Helmets at a cost up to $17,000 with the funds to come from the Equipment Reserve Fund. Be it resolved, by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the Pine Hill Fire District in the town of Cheektowaga, Erie County, New York.
