ERIE COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE VILLAGE OF KENMORE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to New York State Village Law, Section 11-1118, and the Kenmore Village Code, past-due water and sewer charges , together with penalty, shall be a lien on the real property upon which such charges are used, and that said past-due water and sewer charges will be levied on the property owner’s 2026-2027 Village tax bill if not paid on or before March 1, 2026.
