TOWN OF HAGUE BID NOTICE TOWN OF HAGUE, NY The Town of Hague, NY is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: HAGUE HIGHWAY GARAGE IMPROVEMENTS The Project includes renovation of an existing 5,800sf steel-framed highway garage building. Work is to include selected demolition, new roof, new exterior walls, new interior walls and finishes, new windows and doors, and selected concrete slab replacement and refinishing. New propane heating system and heat pump installation. New electrical service and fixtures. New plumbing and wastewater system. The work is to be completed under the following contracts: TH-HG-2026-G – General, TH-HG-2026-HVAC – HVAC, TH-HG-2026-E – Electrical, and TH-HG-2026-P – Plumbing. Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Hague Town Hall, 9793 Graphite Mountain Road, Hague, NY 12836, until Friday, March 13, 2026, at 12:00pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. Mailed bids are to be addressed to the Town of Hague, P.O. Box 509, Hague, NY 12836. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Cedarwood Engineering Services PLLC, 625 Maple Avenue, Unit 2, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866, tel. 518-623-5500. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office from Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00am - 4:30pm and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Interested parties must contact Jenny Catalano at jcatalano@cedarwoodengineering.com or at 518-623-5500 to receive Bidding Documents. Paper copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a refundable deposit of $95 for each set. Bidders must pay all shipping charges. Bidders who return full sets of the printed Bidding Documents in good condition within 10 days after receipt of Bids will receive a full refund. Electronic (.pdf) files of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a refundable deposit of $25 for access to a dedicated Dropbox location. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to Cedarwood Engineering Services PLLC. All deposits will be returned after the Bid is closed. All bids must be made on the official Bid Form or an exact copy by reproduction thereof and enclosed in a sealed envelope. No bidder may withdraw their bid within forty-five calendar days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of five percent of the maximum bid price, as determined by adding the base bid and all alternatives, in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder will be required to furnish construction performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract price.
