ESSEX COUNTY NOTICE OF MEETING TOWN OF ESSEX PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Essex Comprehensive Plan Committee will hold a Public Hearing to receive public comments on the Town of Essex Draft Comprehensive Plan Update. The Public Hearing will be held on: Date: February 23, 2026 Time: 6:00 PM Location: Whallonsburg Grange Hall The hearing will begin with a brief presentation of the Draft Comprehensive Plan, followed by an opportunity for public comment.
