Marshall a/k/a Jeffrey Brent Marshall a/k/a Jeffrey Marshall unknown heirs-at-law, next-of-kin, distributees, executors, administrators, trustees, devises, legatees, assignees, lienors, creditors, and successors in interest, and generally all persons having or claiming, under, by or through said defendant, who may be deceased, by purchase, inheritance, lien or otherwise, any right, title or interest in and to the premises described in the complaint herein, Kara Wethington as Heir to the Estate of Jeffrey B. Marshall a/k/a Jeffrey Brent Marshall a/k/a Jeffrey Marshall, United States of America - Internal Revenue Service, New York State Department of Finance, Discover Bank, Clerk of the County of Franklin, Richard Adams, "Henry Doe", (Refused Name), Defendants. Index No.: E2025-737 Filed: 2/10/26 SUPPLEMENTAL SUMMONS Plaintiff designates Franklin County as the place of trial. Venue is based upon the County in which the mortgaged premises is situated. NOTICE YOU ARE IN DANGER OF LOSING YOUR HOME If you do not respond to this summons and complaint by serving a copy of the answer on the attorney for the mortgage company who filed this foreclosure proceeding against you and filing the answer with the court, a default judgment may be entered and you can lose your home.
