ORLEANS COUNTY PUBLIC NOTICE PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that Town of Ridgeway Planning Board will hold a public hearing on an application for a Special Use Permit for property located at 2490 Townline Road, Town of Ridgeway, NY by North Shore Networks on behalf of owner Phil Panek. The applicant requests a Special Use Permit for a 150’ telecom broad band tower. The public hearing will be held on March 4th, 2026 at 7:05 pm at the Ridgeway Town Hall located at 410 West Ave, Medina, NY 14103. Please refer to section 785 of the Zoning Regulations of the Town of Ridgeway for Special Use Permit Criteria. All those having an interest in the Application will be given an opportunity to be heard at the Public Hearing and may also submit comments in writing to Joelle Brown, Planning Board Clerk, Town of Ridgeway, 410 West Ave, Medina, NY 14103, no later than 12:00 noon on Friday, March 27, 2026. The Application and supporting information may be examined prior to the Public Hearing at the Town Hall during normal business hours.
