Residents will be given an opportunity to be heard on the proposed changes. PROPOSED WATER SERVICE RATE AND SCHEDULE Effective April 1, 2026 Permanent Service Installations: Tap in and pipes to curb box and shutoff: No charge Meter Charges: ¾” standard: $275 1” meter: $315 1 ½” meter: $600 Tap in and pipes to curb box and shutoff: $1000 Meter Pit (where required. ex: mobile home and homes without basement) $1400. (subject to additional cost) 1” Meter Pit: $1600. (subject to additional cost at time ordered) 1 ½” Meter Pit: Cost subject to time ordered Water Service Rates: Quarterly rates per 1,000 gallons Minimum Charge - up to 4,000 gal/quarter: $30.00 Next - up to 20,000 gal/quarter: $6.90/1,000 gal All Over - 20,000 gal/quarter: $6.30/1,000 gal Quarterly Maintenance Fee: $15.
