ORLEANS COUNTY NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE; there will be 2 Public Hearings held on March 5, 2026 starting at 7:15PM at the Yates Town Hall, 8 South Main Street, Lyndonville, New York 14098. The purpose of the public hearings is for special use permit applications. The First is Application # 07-25, submitted by Call Farms Inc. at 2162 S. Lyndonville Rd., Lyndonville, New York 14098 for Section 730 Farm Labor Camp to use existing house for seasonal H2A workers. The Second is Application # 01-26, submitted by Kervin Stauffer at 11916 Roosevelt Hwy., Lyndonville, New York 14098 for a Home Business A for repairing hydraulic cylinders, heavy equipment and possible part sales. These applications may be reviewed at the Office of the Town Clerk, 8 South Main Street, Lyndonville, NY 14098 during regular business hours. All persons wishing to be heard shall be heard at this time. Correspondence may be made in person at the Public Hearing or by letter to the Town of Yates Planning Board. Sincerely, Dawn M.
