WYOMING COUNTY LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF BENNINGTON ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Bennington Zoning Board of Appeals shall hold a Public Hearing on Tuesday, February 24 th , 2026, at 7:00 p.m. at the Town of Bennington Town Hall, located at 905 Old Alleghany Rd, Bennington, New York 14011, to consider the following: An application made by David Kut for a 14’ x 24’ addition off a garage requiring an area variance for side setback reduction from the allowed 30’ to 10’. The property is located at 1075 French Rd., Attica, NY, SBL No.: 30.-1-34.13 Persons wishing to offer arguments for or against the proposal may appear at the hearing or write to the Town of Bennington at 905 Old Alleghany Rd, Bennington, New York 14011 prior to the scheduled date.
