GREENE COUNTY BID NOTICE TOWN OF CAIRO PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town of Cairo is accepting bids for the demolition of real property located at 584 Main Street, Cairo, NY. The bid must include an estimate for asbestos abatement (if necessary), demolition of the building, coordination with Greene County DPW for removal of debris and securing the site following demolition. Bidders must submit sealed bids to the Town Clerk of the Town of Cairo at 512 Main Street, Cairo, NY on or before 3PM on March 17, 2026. Bids will be opened publicly opened and read aloud @ 7PM on March 18, 2026. All bids must include prevailing wage information and a non-collusive affidavit.
