 Legal Notice # 21927320 Notice of Change in Control of a State Member Bank or Bank Holding Company Anthony M. Capobianco and Sandra D. Capobianco, Trustees of the Josephine M. Capobianco Irrevocable Gift Trust intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board to retain a certain percentage of shares which, in combination with Capobianco family group shares, will constitute control of American Community Bancorp, American Community, 300 Glen St., Glen Cove, NY 11542. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice.
