Legal Notice # 21927320 Notice of Change in Control of a State Member Bank or Bank Holding Company Anthony M. Capobianco and Sandra D. Capobianco, Trustees of the Josephine M. Capobianco Irrevocable Gift Trust intends to apply to the Federal Reserve Board to retain a certain percentage of shares which, in combination with Capobianco family group shares, will constitute control of American Community Bancorp, American Community, 300 Glen St., Glen Cove, NY 11542. The Federal Reserve considers a number of factors in deciding whether to approve the notice. You are invited to submit comments in writing on this notice to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Attention: Bank Applications Officer, 33 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10045, or via email: comments.applications@ny.frb.org. The comment period will not end before March 13, 2026 and may be somewhat longer. The Board's procedures for processing applications may be found at 12 C.F.R. Part 262.25.
