Legal Notice # 21925703 NOTICE OF PUBLIC SALE CO-OP APARTMENT PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that pursuant to Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code, John Okeefe or Karen Loiacano, will sell at public auction with reserve to the highest bidder, at the Nassau County Courthouse, on the steps, 262 Old Country Road, Mineola, NY 11501, at 1:15 p.m. on March 3, 2026, security consisting of 600 shares of East Rock Tenants Corp. in the name of Darwent R. Brown and Samantha G. Brown, and all right, title and interest in and to a Proprietary Lease for Cooperative Apartment C6 located in a building known as and by the street address 320 Atlantic Avenue, East Rockaway, NY 11412, between Darwent R. Brown and Samantha G. Brown, as Lessee, and East Rock Tenants Corp. Corporation, as Lessor. This sale is held to satisfy an indebtedness in the principal amount of $109,537.20, plus interest from August 1, 2025, and to enforce the rights of Santander Bank, N.A.
