NOTICE OF BOND RESOLUTION NEWFANE CENTRAL SCHOOL DISTRICT NIAGARA COUNTY, NEW YORK NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the bond resolution summarized below has been adopted by the Board of Education (the “Board”) of the Newfane Central School District, Niagara County, New York (the “District”) on February 3, 2026, and the validity of the serial bonds or other obligations authorized by such resolution (or any bond anticipation notes issued in anticipation of the sale of such obligations) may be hereafter contested only if: 1.(a)such obligations were authorized for an object or purpose for which the District is not authorized to expend money, or (b)the provisions of the law which should be complied with as of the date of publication of this notice were not substantially complied with, and an action, suit or proceeding contesting such validity is commenced within 20 days after the date of such publication of this notice, or 2.such obligations were authorized in violation of the provisions of the Constitution of New York. SUMMARY OF BOND RESOLUTION The following is a summary of a bond resolution that was adopted by the Board of Education (the “Board”) of the Newfane Central School District, Niagara County, New York (the “District”) on February 3, 2026. The bond resolution authorizes first component of a proposed Two-Part “Capital Improvements Project, 2026 - Safe Schools, Modern Spaces, Bright Futures” (the “Proposition No. 1 Project”) that was approved by the District's voters on January 16, 2026, and is to be undertaken by the District at an estimated maximum cost of $18,018,422.
