TAX NOTICE NIAGARA COUNTY TAXES 2026 Notice is hereby given that certified copies of the tax rolls for the fifteen wards of the City of Niagara Falls, New York, as now constituted for the collection of Niagara County Taxes for the year 2026, have been received by me together with a warrant directing the collection thereof. Notice is also hereby given that every person, firm, corporation or association assessed therein is required to pay said taxes to me at the Billing and Collection Division Office in City Hall as follows: February 15, 2026 through March 15, 2026, no penalty. March 16, 2026 through April 15, 2026, two percent fees. April 16, 2026 to the return of the tax rolls to the County Treasurer at Lockport, NY, on or about May 1, 2026, five percent fees.
