NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF FRANKFORT LEGAL NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, and pursuant to a resolution of the Town Council of the Town of Frankfort adopted January 12, 2026, the said Town Council will hold a public hearing at the Town Hall at 201 Third Avenue, Frankfort, New York, on the 26 th day of February, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. to hear all interested parties and citizens for or against the enactment of proposed Local Law No. 1, 2026, for the purpose of amending Property Maintenance within the Town of Frankfort.
