LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Sherrill will hold a Public Hearing on February 24, 2026, at 6:30 p.m. at City Hall, 377 Sherrill Road, Sherrill, New York, on the following applications for a variance, to wit: An application has been received from Nicholas Heintz, 204 W. Hamilton Ave., for a variance on his property regarding zoning regulations Article 6, Section 19 (3)b, which sets the minimum rear yard setback at 10’. The proposed addition to the garage if constructed would have a side yard setback of 0”- 1’. The applications have been filed with the City Manager and may be examined by any interested person during regular office hours by prior arrangement with the City Manager, Brandon Lovett.
