RESOLUTION SUBJECT TO A

PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, at a meeting held on 18th day of February, 2026, the Town Board of the Town of Annsville, New York duly adopted a resolution, an abstract of which follows, which resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to 209-q of the Town Law of New York State. If after thirty days of the resolution’s adoption by the Town Board, no petition objecting to the resolution and requesting approval by the voters is filed with the Town Clerk, the resolution will be declared duly adopted.
