INVITATION TO BID




Sealed bids, subject to the conditions contained herein, will be received by the Clerk of the Village of Oriskany until 2:00 P.M., Monday, March 9, 2026. Bids will be opened and total price for collection read at 7:00 P.M., Tuesday, March 10, 2026.




VILLAGE-WIDE COLLECTION & HAUL OF SOLID WASTE AND SINGLE STREAM RECYCLABLES (VILLAGE OF ORISKANY)




Specifications may be obtained at Village of Oriskany, Municipal Building, Attn: Nanette Conney, Village Clerk, 708 Utica Street, Oriskany, NY 13424.




A deposit in the amount of 5% of the maximum amount of bid(s) submitted that the bidder could be awarded if successful. This deposit shall consist of a bid bond or a certified check payable to the Village of Oriskany. Failure to submit bid bond or certified check will result in automatic disqualification of bid.




Bids must be submitted upon the proposal form(s) furnished and must not be detached from the specification book.
