The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Joseph E. Lamendola of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Twenty-Third day of January, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga, in the City of Syracuse. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below, executed by Bruce M. Knapp (who died on February 29, 2012, a resident of the county of Onondaga, State of New York) dated the March 29, 2002, to secure the sum of $53,477.00 and recorded at Instrument No. 3746002 Book 12519, Page 0079 in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk on April 1, 2002. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed August 19, 2011 and recorded on August 29, 2011, in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk at Instrument Number 30017 Book 16540, Page 0479. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed June 18, 2012 and recorded on June 26, 2012, in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk at Instrument Number 25894 Book 16846, Page 0314. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by Peggy Ann Knapp AKA Peggy A. Knapp on April 13, 2015 and recorded December 30, 2015 in Instrument Number 46374Book 17922, Page 0120 in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed July 28, 2022 and recorded on November 21, 2022, in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk at Instrument Number 2022-00046843. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed August 17, 2022 and recorded on November 21, 2022, in the Office of the Onondaga County Clerk at Instrument Number 2022-00046844.
