LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Section 276 of the Town Law that a Public Hearing will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Elbridge at the Town Offices, 5 NY-31, Jordan, NY 13080, Town of Elbridge, New York on March 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. upon the application of Vernon and Janette Richardson, Applicants, filed with the Clerk of the Town of Elbridge for approval pursuant to the provisions of the Town of Elbridge Subdivision Regulations, as amended, of a subdivision of land for 2 new lots relative to property located on Kester Road in the Town of Elbridge and identified as Tax Map No. 036.-01-07 in the Town of Elbridge, Onondaga County, New York. Such proposed subdivision plan is on file with the Town Clerk at said offices and may be inspected during regular business hours. All parties interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.
