IN RE: DRAINAGE DISTRICT #4 ORDER 




Order entered the 11 th day of February, 2026.




A Map Plan and Report to create Drainage District #4 was filed with the Town Clerk in February 2026 and remains on file for public inspection.




A metes and bounds description of Drainage District #4 is as follows: ALL THAT PARCEL OF LAND located in the Town of Manlius, County of Onondaga and State of New York, depicted as being Lot 1 as shown on a certain Survey Map prepared by D. W. Hannig L.S., P.C. dated September 19, 2011, and revised on October 31, 2011, entitled “The Stephen Rogers Subdivision”, and filed in the Onondaga County Clerk’ Office on December 21, 2011, as Map No 11466, and being described as follows:




BEGINNING AT A POINT, said point being the southeast corner of Hoag Lane;




THENCE South 01 degrees 36 minutes 48 seconds West for a distance of 15.31 feet to a point;




THENCE South 05 degrees 10 minutes 49 seconds East for a distance of 323.12 feet to a point;




THENCE South 05 degrees 05 minutes 00 seconds East for a distance of 485.67 feet to a point;




THENCE South 85 degrees 38 minutes 56 seconds West for a distance of 1809.96 feet to a point;




THENCE North 11 degrees 35 minutes 13 seconds West for a distance of 469.36 feet to a point;




THENCE South 85 degrees 33 minutes 33 seconds East for a distance of 150.60 feet to a point;




THENCE North 84 degrees 57 minutes 25 seconds East for a distance of 391.92 feet to a point;




THENCE North 05 degrees 02 minutes 33 seconds West for a distance of 360.76 feet to a point;




THENCE North 84 degrees 57 minutes 30 seconds East for a distance of 1323.48 feet along the southerly line of Hoag Lane TO THE POINT AND PLACE OF BEGINNING.




The maximum amount proposed to be expended for storm water management improvements, including a retention pond and overflow storage bay is $400,000.00, which cost is solely being borne by the developer, with annual on-going operation and maintenance costs of $7,500.00.




There are no hook-up fees associated with this improvement.




The estimated cost of said district to the typical property in the district annually is $468.75 (with a total of 16 lots) for on-going operation and maintenance of Drainage District #4.




In accordance with the foregoing, the Town Board hereby schedules a public hearing to consider the formation of Drainage District #4 for March 11, 2026 at 6:31 P.M. at which time members of the public may be heard in relation to the subject.




Additionally, the Town Board authorizes this Order to be published by the Town Clerk in the Town’s official paper not less than 10 days nor more than 20 days prior to the public hearing and posted on the sign board of the Town.
