VILLAGE OF FLORIDA, NEW YORK NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING INTRODUCTORY LOCAL LAW 2 OF 2026 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Florida will hold a Public Hearing on Introductory Local Law 2 of 2026, on March 4, 2026 at 7:30 PM, or as soon thereafter as can be heard in Village Hall located at 33 South Main Street, Florida, New York 10921. Said Introductory Local Law 2 of 2026 is a local law to override the tax cap levy established by General Municipal Law § 3-C. At the aforesaid time and place, the Board of Trustees of the Village of Florida will hear comments from any and all interested parties regarding Introductory Local Law 2 of 2026. A complete copy of said proposed local law is on file at the Village Clerk’s Office for inspection during normal business hours.
