The foregoing Supplemental Summons is served upon you by publication, pursuant to an order of HON. Mary Anne Scattaretico-Naber of the Supreme Court Of The State Of New York, dated the Sixteenth day of January, 2026 and filed with the Complaint in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Orange, in the City of Goshen. The object of this action is to foreclosure a mortgage upon the premises described below dated September 11, 2019, executed by James Raymond Alday II AKA James Raymond Alday and Kelly Ann Blauvelt to secure the sum of $369,189.00. The Mortgage was recorded at Book 14625, Page 194 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk on September 16, 2019. The mortgage was subsequently assigned by an assignment executed October 15, 2021 and recorded on October 27, 2021, in the Office of the Orange County Clerk at Book 15081, Page 1060. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by James Raymond Alday II AKA James Raymond Alday and Kelly Ann Blauvelt on September 21, 2021 and recorded January 6, 2022 in Book 15125, Page 1897 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk. Said Mortgage was subsequently modified by a Loan Modification Agreement executed by James Raymond Alday II AKA James Raymond Alday and Kelly Ann Blauvelt on December 21, 2023 and recorded April 10, 2024 in Book 15555, Page 273 in the Office of the Orange County Clerk.
