ORANGE COUNTY NOTICE OF FORMATION OF A LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY NOTICE OF SUBSTANCE OF 75 PROSPECT HILL LLC The Articles of Organization of 75 PROSPECT HILL LLC were filed on January 16, 2026 with the Secretary of State of New York (SSNY). This Limited Liability Company (LLC) has an office in Orange County, New York. The SSNY is designated as agent of the LLC upon whom process against it may be served. The SSNY shall mail a copy of the process to P.O. Box 748, Vails Gate, NY 12584. In addition to the events of dissolution set forth in Section 701 of the Limited Liability Company Law (LLCL), the company does not have a specific date of dissolution.
