COLLINS, et al., Defendants. In pursuance and by virtue of a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly granted by this Court on the 6th day of June, 2025 and So Ordered Letter granted on the 5th day of January, 2026, I, the undersigned Referee, duly appointed in this action for such purpose, will expose for sale and sell at Public Auction to the highest bidder at the North Lobby, First Floor of the Oswego County Courthouse, 25 East Oneida Street, Oswego, New York on the 18th day of February, 2026 at 10:00 o’clock in the forenoon of that day, the mortgaged premises directed in and by said Judgment to be sold and in said Judgment described in “Exhibit A” annexed hereto. Davis’ land, and runs thence southerly along center of said street 92 feet to a point opposite a cherry tree standing near the sidewalk; thence easterly on a line parallel to said P. Davis’ south line to the west line of Dr. Heaton’s land; thence northerly along said Heaton’s west line to the south line of said Davis’ land; thence westerly along said Davis south line to the pace of beginning, and containing ½ acres of land, more or less.
