TOWN OF PALERMO PUBLIC NOTICE Legal Notice Town of Palermo Planning Board Hearing The Town of Palermo Planning Board will be holding a hearing on or about 7:00pm on March 10th at the Palermo Town Hall, 53 County Route 35. The purpose of the hearing is to hear the following: Jacqueline Tracy- 4992-4998 St Rt 49 – Lot line adjustment Jon Gardner- 42-46 Island Rd- 2 lot subdivision All persons are welcome to attend, any for or against comments will be heard.
