NOTICE TO BIDDERS
PURCHASE OF MATERIALS FOR HIGHWAY DEPARTMENT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids for the purchase of the following materials for the Town of Patterson Highway Department will be received by the Town of Patterson at the office of the Town Clerk, 1142 Route 311, P.O. Box 470, Patterson, New York 12563, until 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 20, 2026, and then at said place be publicly opened and read aloud:

1. Washed Sand for Ice Control- F.O.B. (Picked Up) & Delivered

2. Crushed Stone- F.O.B Plant

3. Bituminous Concrete Furnished – Delivered & Laid in Place

4. Annual Tree Work

5. Diesel Fuel

6. Heating Oil

7. Gasoline – 89 Octane
