Please take notice that a Public Hearing has been scheduled by the Town of Saratoga Zon- ing Board of Appeals for Monday, February 23, 2026, at 7:00 pm at the Town Hall, 12 Spring St., Schuylerville, NY to consider the following application(s):

They were successful with the lot-line adjust- ment and now seek an 18' side setback vari- ance and a 3.4' back set- back variance in order to install a mobile home. (To clarify, the applicant originally sought a 44' side setback, a 62' two- sides setback and the 3.4' back setback vari- ances.)

the Planning Board last month seeking to subdi- vide his 29+/- acre par- cel into two lots. To do so he needs 78' of front- age per proposed lot, as each lot would have 222' of frontage but 300' is required due to the size of each proposed lot, according to Town regulations.
