LEGAL NOTICE NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TOWN OF STEPHENTOWN COUNTY OF RENSSELAER STATE OF NEW YORK PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Stephentown on March 16, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. at Town Hall, 26 Grange Hall Road, Stephen- town, NY on the pro- posed local law which shall be known and cited as "Town of Ste- phentown Local Law No. 5 of the Year 2026 Opening Certain Roads for Snowmobiles in the Town of Stephentown," a copy of which may be obtained from the Town Clerk and on the Town's website. Any and all persons desiring to comment will be heard. Summary of Proposed Law It is the intent of this local law to allow the opening and use by snowmobiles of cer- tain portions of town highways subject to the terms and conditions set forth in said pro- posed law. 1X: 2/21/26 #NY0169379
