Pursuant to judgment of foreclosure and sale entered October 31, 2025, I will sell at public auction at the Rensselaer County Court- house, Congress and Second Street, Troy, NY on March 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. premises k/a 427 6th Avenue, Troy, NY 12182 a/k/a Section 80.72, Block 10, Lot 4. Said property located in the City of Troy (formerly Village of Lansingburgh) County Rens- selaer and State of NY, briefly described as fol- lows: Said parcel being known and described on a Map of said Village by Augustus P.
