CANTON PUBLIC NOTICE CANTON LEGAL NOTICE Town of Canton Reassessment Update Project 2026 The Town of Canton is preparing to mail Assessment Disclosure Notices regarding the reassessment project underway for the 2026 tax roll year. Contractor, GAR Associates, is working closely with the Town Assessor Cindy Brand. The Disclosure Notices with the new assessed value of your property will be mailed out the first week of March 2026.
