STOCKHOLM NOTICE OF MEETING The St. Lawrence County Department of Highways will host a public informational meeting regarding the County Road 49 over East Branch of St. Regis River Replacement Project in the Town of Stockholm on Wednesday, March 5, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Stockholm Town Hall, located at 540 State Highway 11C, Winthrop, New York.
