ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to the Town Board of the Town of Bath, Steuben County, New York, sealed bids for the purchase of (1) gravel, (2) crushed stone, (3) hauling and spreading gravel, and (4) hauling sand for use by the Highway Department for the year 2026 will be received by the Town Highway Superintendent at the Town Clerk's Office, Municipal Building, 110 Liberty Street, Village of Bath, Steuben County, New York, 14810 until 1:00 p.m. on March 06, 2026. Bids to the Town Highway Superintendent shall be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and address of the bidder. All bids shall state the anticipated time of delivery. The item to be bid on will comply with the detailed specifications which are available to any interested bidder at the Office of the Town Clerk in the Municipal Building, 110 Liberty Street, Bath, New York, 14810 or the Town Highway Garage at 101 Wilson Avenue, Bath, New York, 14810. The contract for the purchase of the above item will be awarded by the Town Highway Superintendent to the lowest bidder. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town Highway Superintendent may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Town Highway Superintendent may reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids at his discretion.
