Dauman PROBATE CITATION File No. 2025-50048 SURROGATE'S COURT, STEUBEN COUNTY THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, By the Grace of God Free and Independent TO: MARY ROE AND/OR JOHN DOE, two names being fictitious, the true names of said persons being unknown to the Petitioners, such persons being the distributees of the late Vera V. Dauman, deceased, whose estate is involved in these proceedings, and if such persons are dead, their executors, administrators, distributees, legatees, and devisees, and other persons if any there be, and whose names and addresses are unknown to Petitioners, and also to persons who are or make any claim whatsoever of any person who may be deceased, and who, if living, would have any interest in these proceedings derived through or from any or all of the above-named persons or their distributees, legatees, and devisees, and which persons, if any there be, and if their names and domicile addresses are unknown to Petitioners, A petition having been duly filed by Kay Pavlick and Duane Davis who are domiciled at 1158 Deyo Rd., Corning, NY 14830 and 218 Watauga Ave., Corning, NY 14830.
