NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to the Village Code Sections 97-8A and 97-13F, that a PUBLIC HEARING of the PLANNING BOARD of the VILLAGE OF SOUTHAMPTON will be held in the Board Room of the Municipal Building, 23 Main Street, Southampton, NY on Monday, March 2, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. to review the following:




The application of GEORGE TORGVAIDZE & ANA ALIAIDZE and GEORGES ROMANO & MICHELLE LAUTERWASSER property located on the north side of Hill Street (#649 & 659) in the R-20 and R-40 Zoning Districts, for approval from the Planning Board for a proposed lot line amendment as shown on the plans submitted. The subject properties are described on the tax roll as follows: SCTM# 904-1-2-16 & 904-1-2-15.2




Said hearings may be adjourned from time to time as necessary.
