NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York, and to a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Quogue, New York, adopted January 16, 2026, Aimee Buhl as Treasurer of said Village will on March 10, 2026 at 9:15 a.m. in the Village Hall, 7 Village Lane, Quogue, New York, offer for sale at public auction the real estate as set forth below upon which the taxes for the year 2025 shall remain unpaid, together with interest and other such charges which may be due. The purchaser at such tax sale will be required to pay the amount of the respective certificate of sale to the undersigned Village Treasurer within ten (10) days after the sale and upon such payment shall receive written certificate of sale describing the real estate purchased and the sum paid therefore.
