EN, that Section §123-41 A (1) of the Esopus

Town Code, the Zoning Board of Appeals will hold a Public Hearing, 1 Town Hall Way, UI- ster Park, NY on Tues- day, February 17, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter for the pur- pose of considering the application of Ulster County Habitat for Hu- manity by Agent for an Area Variance pursuant to §123.23 of the Town Code requiring a 100' minimum lot width re- quirement.

The subject property is located at 149 Doris Street, identified by tax map SBL No.

56.67-8-29 in the R-12 Zoning District in the Town of Esopus. The Ap- plicant is seeking a 2.5' width variance for each lot created by a pro- posed 2-Lot Subdivision (currently under review by the Esopus Planning Board).

The proposal is on file in the Planning-Zoning Board office for inspec- tion by any interested party.
