PUBLIC NOTICE NOTICE SEEKING OFFERS TO PURCHASE REAL PROPERTY LOCATED ON ALDEN AVENUE IN THE TOWN OF WARRENSBURG NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board is seeking offers from prospective purchasers to purchase from the Town the parcel of land located at Alden Avenue, Warrensburg, NY 12885, Tax Map ID No. 236.-1-3 (75.12 Acres). Interested persons or entities are required to submit a sealed offer to purchase consisting of only the amount to be paid for the property in certified bank funds without any conditions or contingencies. Offers must be placed in a sealed envelope labeled “Offer to Purchase Alden Avenue Tax Map #236.-1-3. Bids must be received by the Town Clerk’s office no later than 4:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026 . The sealed offers will be opened at 7:00 p.m. on March 11, 2026 . The Town reserves the right to reject all offers. The successful offer will be notified and must enter a timely contract to purchase the property with certified bank funds in the amount offered without condition or contingency, and close on the property at a date to be determined by the Town.
