BECHMANN, et al Defendant(s) Attorney for Plaintiff(s) Stern & Eisenberg, P.C., 20 Commerce Drive, Suite 230, Cranford, NJ 07016. Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale entered December 2, 2025, I will sell at public auction to the highest bidder at outside the Main Entrance of the Warren County Municipal Center, 1340 State Route 9, Lake George, New York 12845 on February 24, 2026 at 10:30 AM.
