NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PROPOSED LOCAL LAW TO ADD CHAPTER 142 “MASS GATHERINGS” TO THE TOWN OF WARRENSBURG TOWN CODE TO REGULATE MASS GATHERINGS IN THE TOWN OF WARRENSBURG PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Warrensburg Town Board will hold a public hearing at the Warrensburg Town Hall, 3797 Main Street, Warrensburg, New York, at 7:00 p.m., on March 11, 2026, to hear all persons interested on the matter of adoption of a proposed Local Law entitled “A Local Law to Regulate Mass Gatherings in the Town of Warrensburg”. If adopted, the Local Law would require a permit for gatherings with 300 or more people . PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE that a copy of the proposed Local Law is on file with the Town Clerk’s Office.
