Virtual Public Meeting Virtual Public Meeting – THURSDAY FEBRUARY 19, 2026 at 6:00 pm Jenkinsville Sand and Gravel LLC has submitted an application to the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) for a permit to construct and operate a new asphalt plant at their existing Fort Ann Quarry #1 site at 7289 State Route 4 in the Town of Fort Ann. A Public Participation Plan has been developed in accordance with NYSDEC Commissioner Policy 29, Environmental Justice and Permitting (CP-29). The purpose of this meeting is to inform the public about the project and to involve the community during the Air State Facility permit application review process.
