RFP 2026-1 Sewer District 2 Proposed Water Extension TOWN OF KINGSBURY STATE OF NEW YORK, COUNTY OF WASHINGTON REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS & PROPOSALS Proposed Extension(s) to Washington County Sewer District No. 2 in the Town of Kingsbury NOTICE is hereby given in compliance with Section 103 of the General Municipal Law that the Town Board of the Town of Kingsbury, Washington County hereby advertises for requests for qualifications and proposals for engineering services to assist the Town in the drafting of map, plan and report documents for the possible extension to the Washington County Sewer District No. 2 for properties located in the Town of Kingsbury. A copy of the Request for Qualifications and Proposal can be obtained from the Office of the Town Clerk, 6 Michigan Street, Hudson Falls, New York between the hours of 8:30 am to 4 pm Monday – Friday, on the Town’s website (kingsburyny.gov) or by calling (518) 747-2188 Ext. 3001. Qualifications must be received by the Town Clerk at the Town Office located at 6 Michigan Street, Hudson Falls, NY 12839 no later than 1:00 p.m., March 9, 2026. Qualifications from Minority and Women-Owned Enterprises (MBE/WBE) are strongly encouraged. Responses will be reviewed and evaluated by the Town.
