EF2025-74306 Date Filed: 01/15/2026 SUPPLEMENTAL SUMMONS Plaintiff designates WARREN County as the place of trial. The basis of venue is: The location of real property being foreclosed. PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC, Plaintiff, against CASEY GARNER, INDIVIDUALLY AND AS HEIR AT LAW AND NEXT OF KIN OF SUSAN J. GARNER A/K/A SUSAN JANE GARNER; CODY GARNER, AS HEIR AT LAW AND NEXT OF KIN OF SUSAN J. GARNER A/K/A SUSAN JANE GARNER; UNKNOWN HEIRS OF THE ESTATE OF SUSAN J. ACTING SOLELY AS A NOMINEE FOR E MORTGAGE MANAGEMENT, LLC, bearing date November 29, 2017 and recorded in Book 5677, at Page 275, Instrument # 2017-8770 in the County of Warren on December 8, 2017 which was modified by a loan modification agreement dated May 11, 2022 and recorded October 18, 2022, in Book 6705, at Page 251, Instrument # 2022-7743, which was assigned to PENNYMAC LOAN SERVICES, LLC by instrument executed October 17, 2023 and recorded October 18, 2023, in Official Record Book 6851, at Page 112, Instrument # 2023-5576. Said premises being known as and by 24 Emerson Avenue, Warrensburg, NY, 12885, bearing tax map designation Section 211.13, Block 3, Lot 4, which is more fully described in the Schedule “A” attached to the Complaint.
