TOWN OF GRANVILLE PUBLIC NOTICE Town Planning Board Town of Granville, New York Public Hearing Please take notice that the Granville Town Planning Board will hold a Public Hearing, pursuant to section 276 of the Town Law on the application of Joseph Thomas for approval of a Site Plan Review plat entitled 107.-1-4, Application number 25-10, Town of Granville, New York. Property is located on 9947 State Route 22 in Granville, NY. Said hearing will be held on Thursday, February 19, 2026, at Granville Town Hall at approximately 7:00 PM, at which time all interested persons will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of said plat will be available at the offices of the Planning Board located at the Town Hall, 14 E. Main Street, Granville, New York one half hour before said hearing is to take place. By order of the Planning Board
