LEGAL NOTICE Resolution 26-02 Instal- lation of Energy Recov- ery System and NOTICE IS HEREBY GIV- EN that the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Crescent Fire District in the Towns of Halfmoon Clifton Park, Saratoga Coun- ty, New York, at their monthly meeting held on the 11 th of February, 2026, duly adopted the following Resolution, subject to a permissive referendum. IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Crescent Fire District, at their monthly meeting on February 11, 2026; that WHEREAS, the West Crescent Fire District are intending to install an Energy Recovery Sys- tem in the gear and de- con room at a cost not to exceed exceed and $45,100.00%; WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Crescent Fire District have heretofore established a capital reserve fund to finance the cost of such projects; and WHEREAS, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Crescent Fire District have in said reserve fund a sum of money in excess of $45,100.00. THEREFORE, the Board of Fire Commissioners of the West Crescent Fire District shall trans- fer from said capital reserve fund a sum of money not to exceed $45,100.00 to install the Energy Recovery System in the gear and decon rooms. Said reso- lution to transfer said funds from the capi- tal reserve fund being subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Section 6-g(7) of the General Municipal Law.
