NOTICE OF FORMATION OF LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY Babbitt Construction LLC was formed on November 5th, 2025 under the laws of the State of New York. The office of the limited liability company is located in Westchester County. The New York Secretary of State has been designated as agent of the limited liability company upon whom process against it may be served. The Secretary of State shall mail a copy of any process to Babbitt Construction LLC, 101G Nottingham Rd, Bedford Hills, New York. The purpose of the limited liability company is to engage in construction consulting and advisory services, and any other lawful acts permitted under the New York Limited Liability Company Law. 12020023
