Pursuant to a Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on July 9, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, Lobby of the Courthouse, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on March 9, 2026 at 2:30 p.m., premises known as 440 Beechmont Drive, New Rochelle, NY 10801. All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the City of New Rochelle, County of Westchester and State of New York, Section 3, Block 1044 and Lot 112 & 112A.
