Pursuant to an amended Judgment of Foreclosure and Sale duly entered on December 9, 2025, I, the undersigned Referee will sell at public auction at the Westchester County Courthouse, Lobby, 111 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, White Plains, NY 10601 on March 13, 2026 at 9:30 a.m., premises known as 63 Cornell Avenue, Yonkers, NY 10705.
