NOTICE OF PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM Notice is Hereby Given, that the Town Board of the Town of North Castle adopted a Resolution at its regular meeting on February 11, 2026, approving the extension of Water District No. 9 in the Town of North Castle to be known as the "Water District 9 Quarry Heights Extension," the boundaries of which are set forth in Exhibit A attached hereto. This resolution is subject to a permissive referendum in the manner as provided for in Article 7 of the Town Law.
